Our family of four stayed in Diego’s place the last week of 2022. It was terrific. The place was spotless. It’s a gated community with a beautiful pool and hot tub. The terrace overlooks dozens of beautiful yachts. There’s a 3.1 mile fitness trail right across the street, which surrounds a golf course. It’s around the corner from Aventura Mall, which is gigantic with high end stores. Half hour from the beaches in both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. It was one of the nicest vacations we ever had.

Diego is a great host! He went above and beyond during our stay. The view is great and the apt. Is very nice, clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful place, convenient, nice location. Away from business of the city. A short drive to the beach. The check-in was easy and simple.

Diego sent us clear instructions few days before we arrived. Check in was very smooth. The place was clean and looked great, exactly like the photos. There were plenty of parking. We loved the view and took nice sunrise pictures.

This was such a beautiful condo. It was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the gorgeous water view and so relaxing. The full-size washer and dryer were great to have and pool towels were provided. The security was great and we felt very safe. The pool and amenities and surroundings are perfectly maintained. The location was great! Diego was always available if we had any questions. The living TV control was the only issue we had and was a simple fix. We definitely gave it a 5 star rating.

We just returned from a 17 day stay at this apartment. It really worked out wonderfully for our family of 5 and we are already thinking about a longer stay next summer. The bedrooms are spacious and have lots of storage space with built-ins in the closets and cubbies with bins etc. The kids had their own room and bathroom with plenty of space for all 3 (and the little chair in the corner in the pics folds out to a bed!). The view is wonderful and adds to the feeling of being on vacation and the kids loved watching the boats come and go. The apartment is well appointed with everything you could need. Plenty of towels (for bath and beach) and linens, everything you need in the kitchen to cook a great meal, great washer and dryer, etc. In addition, Diego was helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. You will find a lot of small touches that make it is easy to stay here and relax and enjoy! What Diego does not mention is that this is probably the best location in the complex. The building is next to the pool and gym, so both are easy to get to especially with kids and towels and pool toys, etc. It is also close to parking and usually easy to find a spot that is only steps away. Some of the buildings only have a few spots very close by and would likely require more of a walk when you have groceries or luggage etc. The overall location in Aventura is accessible to many things. Any restaurant, or store you might need will surely be close by. The location makes easy access to things in Ft Lauderdale and Miami. The beach is just across the causeway. (We especially like Samson Beachfront Park as it has a great new playground and bathrooms that lead out to the beach and parking across the street). All in all we had a great trip. Thanks Diego!

Just got back from 9 days in Aventura (Dec. 28 – Jan. 5) and wow – this condo exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect, and Diego was easy to get in touch with, as well as quick to respond. Starting with our arrival: all instructions, sent to us a week before, were clear and precise. Everything was as described, which made our life much easier – especially arriving so late at night with two children! Location: Perfect. It is within a 15 minute walk to Aventura Mall, 5 minute drive to Sunny Isles Beach, 15 minutes to Hollywood Beach, and about 20-25 minute drive to South Beach. Everywhere was easy to get to – including a Publix and pharmacy close by (Sunny Isles, on Collins ave). The ‘loop’, a walking/running/bike path, is about 4.4 km, and right across the street. There are bike rental carts along the path, but better go early in the morning. We did a day trip to the Everglades to do an airboat tour, and went shopping at Sawgrass Mills outlet mall (20-24 minutes). Condo/complex: Outstanding. Our children got their own room, with their own bathroom, TV and walk-in closet. We had a Master Suite, with a bathroom, walk-in closet and TV… so much space! The living area (with another TV) and dining room was very pleasant. There were plenty of towels, both for bathing and the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything – large fridge, cutlery, dishes, cups, coffee machine, pots/pans, washer/dryer, etc… There are even two coolers to use for picnics. Added to this is a good-sized balcony, overlooking some beautiful yachts in the bay. My husband and I used the gym almost everyday, and hung out at the beautiful pool on one occasion (we are beach people, but our kids wanted to chill for a few hours in the complex). The pool is a must for us, just in case the weather is not hot enough for the beach. Should we decide to return to the Miami area, this will definitely be our first choice. We all felt very comfortable in Diego’s condo, and am sure it was a major factor in making our vacation simply perfect.
